FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of service and we have many options so as to fit any particular client. We offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions as well as semi-private,group classes, and even online training. Our nutrition services range from diagnostic testing, personal consultations, and our full coaching program. Some services are monthly, while others are per session or per test.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process is to set up an assessment or evaluation. This is an hour appointment where we break down everything. For fitness, we talk about injury and health history, go over goals, and really go in detail on what the difference is between our semi-private and private training options are. During this time we also run potential clients through our Biomotor Screening to look at how their body moves and lines up. This allows us to identify areas of need and in many cases where and why people are experiencing injury or pain. We use this information to create an efficient, truly personalized exercise program. After going through movement assessments, we go into details over scheduling, the cost of services and sign-up paperwork. Our first session after sign-up is teaching the client their personalized homework workout as well as any testing or measurements for us to keep track of. For nutrition, we go through a different version of health history so we can figure out exactly what your body has been going through, what you've done in the past, and what your goals are. We try to focus in on 3-5 main health complaints and put together the picture about why they are where they are and how we should best attend to them. By finding out as much information as possible at the very beginning we are able to deal with the biggest issues first. At this time we would go over any functional labwork that would be beneficial to look at and talk about our first steps working together as well. Once we get lab results we have a clear picture of what is going on inside and we match that with what you told us is going on outside. We then put a plan together to attend to those issues and work through them step by step.
