- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is open to your budget and project. You are the customer and giving you the best value for your money is my goal. I price my work based on three things. 1: Size and Location (ground level, interior, Is a scaffolding needed?) 2: Difficulty (Detail, is it simple or complex? ) 3: Do you feed me lunch? (not necessary) But would be nice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client, I prefer we talk about your ideas over the phone to get an understanding of the project. Me answering your questions and You informing me of your thoughts about the project is the most important step. Emailing me samples or ideas you've gathered helps the design process very much. You are the customer and I want you to be completely informed and satisfied with the results of your new creation. Next a sketch is created and approved. We set a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years of Design, Mural and sign painting in the Southern California area. My training is practice, practice and more practice . Always learning and becoming better with time.
