FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything in life is negotiable and there is value in what a phenomenal motivational speaker can bring to your people...weigh them both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a meeting (face-to-face or Zoom call) to start the exploration process. I want to hear from the client... - about their organization - about their people - ideas they've had about the event - what they would like their people to experience at the event - what changes they hope to see in their people following the event Once we learn enough about each other and decide together it's a great fit, we go to work planning - date, time, venue, outcome, content, how it's going to be delivered, etc. I am super easy to work and love to have fun during this creative process.
