Allen is quite polite and professional. He worked efficiently and was very communicative the entire process. I messaged him regarding having my dryer vent replaced in order to provide a solution to the new dryer not fitting well in the laundry closet. He was able to quote me a price the same day over the app and came out the following morning to complete the task. Will be using him again if I need any repairs for any appliances in the future.

Super fast and efficient. Did everything in exactly the way we asked him to, and even made a suggestion or 2 that we didn't think of but was totally great. Our dog door is perfectly installed with no gaps or cracks and our tvs are mounted where we wanted them. Very happy we hired him and plan to use him again!

I hired Allen to install baseboards, fix some doors, and handle other small repairs around my house. While he did a decent job on some tasks, like installing the doors, baseboards, and fixing some countertops, I had concerns about his reliability and pricing. For example, when working on a toilet valve, he replaced the valve but didn’t inform me that the pipe was also an issue. When the problem persisted and I asked him to fix it, he wanted to charge me again. He also forgot to complete certain tasks and, when reminded, wanted to charge extra to address them. Overall, while his work quality on certain items was good, I found him unreliable and difficult to trust with pricing. I wouldn’t hire him again

Thank you for your review, I appreciate your feedback. I understand your frustration about not getting me to work for free. For example: you paid me for changing angle stop valve and being upset because I did not also change the toilet hose:when I explained that those are two different tasks, u said I should change both. You asked me to level your front yard and put down weed barrier for $50, when I told you, not for $50 you got upset and said it is ok, you will ask your brother to do it. I understand you might have had workers that you add task to their list and they do not charge for the things you add, as I did with the door locks, which you said it was 2 locks, yet you brought 3 locks to be installed. I’m sorry you couldn’t manipulate me into working for free! Thank you for your business and good luck with everything!
