I highly recommend Pacifica Builder Inc. They did a fantastic job with our home remodel. The removal of load bearing and non bearing walls to allow an open floor concept was the perfect recommendation. I will definitely use them again.

We had a little bit of a different situation that we needed to get a Permit on our patio cover and other contractors didn’t want to take it on. But Martin and Marlene put in the work with plans and measurements and got the process started. Then after the first inspection, there was a couple of small items that needed to be done and they took care of that. We were then approved on our Permit. Very grateful to them for helping us out. Quality work. They also put a gazebo together for us and bolted it to the cement. We’re very happy with the work they did for us.
