Great team. I like that they arrived as promised. I was given an estimate up front and knew what to expect, no surprises. The work was done thoroughly and professionally. I have a curious personality, so I ask a lot of questions. That bothers some people. I appreciate it that was not the case here. In fact, all my questions were answered and I was even provided additional information in case I wanted to know more…. For anything electrical, this is my go-to team!

Since I watch companies as they work I found that the crew was NOT annoyed and they explained a lot. Plus they asked for My PREFERENCES on the conduit placement or made suggestions for best usage. If any wiring was not code or unusual they wanted an explanation. I trust them. Eventually I stopped looking. The gate is open. see ya!

I had an issue with no power in half my house. After speaking to them on this app I know they had enough experience to find the issue. Everyone who came before them said I needed a panel replacement; but that wasn’t true, the electrician found a sub panel in the attic by the loft and was able to restore all my power.

    We show up to work, find the issues in minutes, and leave your home clean

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Call or text, on the schedule day of service I call to confirm there was no changes in the customer schedule and that they are expecting us. When explain the issue before exceeding the quote cost for approval.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was a child in high school, my mother waited weeks for someone to come put up the new ceiling fans she bought. Me knowing my mom i knew she wouldn’t let me install it, so one day when she was at work I took the light fixture down and installed her new ceiling fan.
