- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or text, on the schedule day of service I call to confirm there was no changes in the customer schedule and that they are expecting us. When explain the issue before exceeding the quote cost for approval.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a child in high school, my mother waited weeks for someone to come put up the new ceiling fans she bought. Me knowing my mom i knew she wouldn’t let me install it, so one day when she was at work I took the light fixture down and installed her new ceiling fan.
