Disappointed. At first, he was communicative. My original requested appointment was on a Friday. I had to reschedule and requested the next day, Saturday. I received a texted asking for another day since he wanted to give his guys the weekend off. I obliged given it was Memorial weekend. Tried to reschedule. I requested another Saturday. Again, responded with he wanted to give his guys the weekend off.; however he would see if anyone was available. I was then ghosted. I even tried to follow up to check in. I always give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he forgot to get back to me. No response. I wish he just told me they don’t work the weekends.

I'm still working out my follow up system for exceptions to our regular schedule and your request got "below the fold" and I lost track. Unfortunately, I see how my slight did communicate "we don't care", which is not any part of our company values.
