Introduction
I am a 200-hr certified yoga teacher and mindfulness meditation coach with over 10+ years of practice. I teach Vinyasa, Somatic and Hatha yoga to all age groups (kids, youth, adults, seniors) virtually and in-person. I am trained in trauma-informed & somatic yoga. I am highly experienced in working one-on-one with clients who have chronic ailments such as back pain, stiff shoulders, limited mobility. I use scientific methods based on human anatomy combined with inner awareness and mindfulness to help clients discover their true self and joy. I currently teach studio classes, workshops, privates, corporate & group yoga as well as in non-traditional schools. I also offer virtual Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation services. These can be done from the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for all parties. My goal is to empower students through intention, meditation, breathwork, and physical postures, leaving them feeling refreshed. Personally, yoga has helped me develop resilience, manage anxiety, enhance focus, and foster compassion. Tania is an amazing Yoga and Mindfulness coach. Tania coaches my 12 year old daughter. My daughter is a soccer player. She has tight ankles and hips. This gets in the way of running effortlessly. Tania is coaching her to increase flexibility/mobility and to restore basic range of motion. Tania has deep knowledge in flexibility and mobility. She has picked yoga poses that are helping my daughter. She provides personalized coaching and tips based on individual needs. When my daughter is practicing yoga at home my daughter often tells me "Tania has given me this trick to get into this pose easily or to get more stretch from this pose". My daughter always feels a sense of achievement after a session with Tania. With handy tricks she is also more motivated to practice yoga the rest of the days. Tania is very collaborative and responsive. She is great working with kids. With Tania's personalized support we have started seeing improvement in my daughter's flexibility and mobility.

When I reached out to Tania to explore how yoga can help with my ankle ligament recovery. She invited me to come over to her studio and greeted me with a welcoming smile which immediately put me at ease. Her holistic approach helped me think about my intention for the class which was a welcome change from the 60 min group classes. She helped me try a variety of asanas to check the flexibility of my ankle. What was most helpful was her gently guiding me to take help of the blocks and bands to extend my current flexibility. I found immense value in a structured session that worked my ankle without stressing it out. She even showed me some exercises that I can perform at home and reminded me to always be kind to myself. Can’t wait for another session with her.

I have been seeking more meditative yoga classes for a while. I was so happy to find Tania’s Mandala yoga class at Jiaren Yoga studio. Tania’s class is easy to follow and focus on alignment which many fast paced yoga classes are lack of. I like how it was slow yet challenging at the same time. It helps me to deepen my practice. I find Tania’s class therapeutic and engaging!
