I am a 200-hr certified yoga teacher with over 10+ years of practice. I teach Vinyasa, Somatic and Hatha yoga to all age groups (kids, youth, adults, seniors) virtually and in-person. I am trained in trauma-informed & somatic yoga. I am highly experienced in working one-on-one with clients who have chronic ailments such as back pain, stiff shoulders, limited mobility. I use scientific methods based on human anatomy combined with inner awareness and mindfulness to help clients discover their true self and joy.
I currently teach studio classes, workshops, privates, corporate & group yoga as well as in non-traditional schools.
I also offer virtual Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation services. These can be done from the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for all parties.
My goal is to empower students through intention, meditation, breathwork, and physical postures, leaving them feeling refreshed. Personally, yoga has helped me develop resilience, manage anxiety, enhance focus, and foster compassion. Yoga has always been a friend to me to create equanimity in my life, as a software professional. I aspire to share these benefits and bring more balance, peace, joy, and inner knowledge to my students' lives.
