Uday is everything i needed in a personal trainer. Right off the bat, he understood my goals, diet preference & has been tweaking my training program to meet our goals. He is very positive and innovative with his outlook & training techniques which enables me to push myself always . Also he has made weight lifting super exciting each time with so many different exercises. He is super patient & helps me with alternatives when im unable to stick to my diet or training goals sometimes. I am super confident that i will continue to achieve my goals working with uday for years to come. He has become like a family member & a great friend to me and i trust him to continue to guide me to live a healthy lifestyle with a body of my dreams. I have undergone 2 sessions with Uday and I feel great already. I have had some past bad experiences with another trainer and hence I was a bit apprehensive starting again but with Uday I have found a great partner with a deep knowledge in physical fitness. I have difficulties in performing some exercises, and I have knee injuries, and I needed someone who could plan out the routine and goals tailored just for me. He will push me up to the cliff but not push me down. That’s really why I like him very much. Thank you.

Uday is extremely well equipped with knowledge and experience in creating plans to help you get the best results under your specific life circumstances. I am a student and can only devote 45 mins to an hour to the gym 4-5 times a week. Previously, my experience with other trainers had left a sour taste in my mouth mainly due to them trying to cram too much work into one session where it felt like I was doing more of a cardio session than training for strength and hypertrophy, leading to little to no progress and me feeling tired all day, everyday. Uday has tailored the plan perfectly for my time restrictions and I am still getting great results while actually feeling like I have more energy now. I'm grateful to have him as my trainer and as a friend, would highly recommend!
