FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current pricing is $85 per one-hour, in-person session. Clients receive a $5 discount per session when purchasing 10 sessions at once, and a $10 discount per session for purchasing 20 sessions at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, we schedule an intake call to discuss the client's objectives, lifestyle constraints, and previous training experience, if any. This conversation serves as an opportunity for the client to familiarize themselves with my services and understand what to expect. Following our discussion, I design a tailored training regimen aimed at achieving the client's goals in a sustainable manner. Additionally, I offer nutritional advice to complement the workout plan. To ensure continuous support, I maintain open communication channels with all my clients, enabling them to reach out to me at any time with questions or concerns. The initial sessions focus on refining general exercise technique to identify the most effective approach for the client's morphology and strength level. Subsequently, we progress at a sustainable pace aligned with the client's objectives and lifestyle considerations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience working with individuals across various strength levels and backgrounds. My clients include competitive powerlifters, novice lifters embarking on their first year of training, professionals with corporate commitments seeking to improve their appearance and strength, fellow strength coaches seeking an objective viewpoint on their training, and students aiming to enhance their strength despite rigorous academic schedules.
