- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not recommend getting a price over the phone. While that may be fast, it does not reflect all specifics of each particular house. Typically, I would meet with you, we would walk through the property and discuss what rooms will benefit from staging most, what kind of furniture we would use and other details. After this visit, you will receive a specific quote tailored to your house, no guesses or hidden fees, all in one simple email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best timing for the staging quote would be around two weeks before you plan to put your house on the market. That will allow sufficient time to plan, block a date for you on the calendar and select the right inventory for your house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My professional past started while studying economics at the University in Prague. Utilizing my knowledge of marketing, communications, law an business structure propelled me into starting my own business.
