Adlan is awesome. He diagnosed an issue over the phone and came out the very next day. He confirmed what he thought and did preventative maintenance to keep us from having a larger issue. I already have a couple of extra things in mind he can help with and I’m sure we’ll see him soon again.

Adlen responded quickly and offered to fix our refrigerator on a Sunday. He identified the issue and explained clearly. He also went the extra mile to check the refrigerator coil which is not part of the job requested. He did a very clean Job fixing the drain pipes coil area and area around the refrigerator. He also suggested appropriate spare parts for our washer unit which needed replacement. I would hire adlen again for home appliance repair. His pricing is fair.

Highly recommend! Alan is very professional, detailed oriented and great at what he does. He came to rescue when my dryer vent hose was loose and not properly venting moist and lint to the outside. He gave a diagnosis and quote after asking some questions online and came to me the very next day. After taking the dryer apart, he confirmed the root cause of the issue and explained to me - the vent hose wasn’t properly sealed and fixed to both ends. He made sure everything was tightly sealed, fixed and connected, ran tests to ensure no airflow was leaking from anywhere. He vacuumed inside of the dryer for the lint and in my laundry room. The new hose he replaced is the flexible retractable type and I won’t have issues in the future moving the dryer to clean and won’t have to worry that any movement may cause the vent to misalign again. What a relief and upgrade! I will definitely reach back out to Alan if I have future needs for appliance repair.
