We had a great experience working with Pedro and his team over the last two weeks. We started with adding cosmetic wood trim to the soffit of an ADU and rebuilding a garden shed. Along the way we needed to make decisions on stain, trim, painting and other details and he was always open to discuss options while being knowledgeable to inform on recommended approaches. I like to stay involved in the details and of course we encountered lots of kinks along the way due to the age of the house and prior work. Pedro is very amenable to taking some direction when needed and also partnering on the approach.

As we wrapped up the two bigger projects, Pedro also took on a handful of other projects including refinishing an Ipe wood gate that now somehow looks better than when it was first built!

His knowledge across multiple trades, good communication, and punctuality really stand out. Treat him and his crew with respect and you will be happy. Cost, quality, and on time, he checks all the boxes! Looking forward to the next set of projects with him.

Pedro and team were instrumental to transforming the look of the 70's house we recently purchased. Pedro was very helpful with suggestions on executing the look that we were after, for the budget that we had available.
The project included replacing siding with new hardwood and stucco on front of house, excavating pre-existing concrete patio and installing a new hardwood deck, installation of new window frames to match the siding, in addition to other smaller construction work that came as side jobs to the project.
Overall the experience of working with Pedro and team was very good. If we had any issues, Pedro would listen and fix it, to make sure things were done right - you can't ask for more than that from a contractor. I would have no problem recommending or hiring Pedro & team again.

Pedro and his team completed a garage renovation for us. He was always super responsive, and gracious when I kept adding projects to his plate. He and his crew are efficient, proactive, and they do great work! He is knowledgeable about many trades, so I leaned on him to complete everything from the carpentry to the painting, which relieved me from project managing. We will definitely be using him for future projects!
