Thanks for reaching out! We do our best to keep happy customers by giving them a great service with affordable prices without compromising the quality. Our initial hourly rate for most of our projects is $150 - $240 for the first hour. It takes about 3-4 hours on our side to complete most small requests due to the heavy traffic in the Bay Area and the daily toll fees. Below is a breakdown of the cost that it takes us to make a customer happy. Thumbtack fees. $30.00 average. Car expenses and toll fees. $20.00 Equipment usage and depreciation. $20.00 3 hours round trip paid to a Pro to complete a service call. $100.00 Company profit. $10.00 Company overhead expenses. $20.00 Total per request. $200.00 There’s a small 2 and 4% fee on electronic transactions unless you’re using Zelle. Mr Arisel did a great job with taking out the old caulk and re-caulking both the shower stall and kitchen sink. He was thorough and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Mr Arisel for any home repair and handyman jobs.

Arisel came to my home to install two smoke detectors only to find out I had purchased the wrong ones. Arisel drove to San Carlos Home Depot to pick-up two correct smoke detectors and drove back to my home to install the smoke detectors. I have to say Arisel went over and beyond what I was expecting from a handyman, and I glad he did. What a life saver. If you ever need help Arisel will rise to the challenge. Thank you.

I needed 2 grab bars installed. he was mostly on time( about l0 minutes late) but that's no problem. he installed one of them, the other one he could not install, it was too small and did not hit the studs. Then he sanded down a door frame for me on a oven door that was t00 tight. Very clean, vacuumed up the dust, and was super pleasant and "informative" told me we shed our skin every day, asked it I wanted to be cremated or buried! told me that we would all be dust, like what was in the dust pan. I thought he was entertaining and funny. .. but still wanted his 150.0o even though I only got one of the grab bars up. he was here maybe l/2 hour. A little expensive for the job. But he is super nice. I have not decided if he was that way because I am old, 81, but by no means senile, or stupid. I have not decided if I will have him come back once I get the other grab bar. The jury is still out on this very interesting handyman

We like to take customers to a new experience of work together without the stress that involves all kind of work around the house. Always proud of what we do and why we do it !!
