- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very important but most important is getting the right build, on time, honesty, quality and for both parties to come to a solid agreement. Our motto is: don't over promise and over deliver! This business for us is about relationship building, not transactional!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to see the project and meet the clients and listen to their expectations. I will listen closely to their needs and I will explain how I work, my work ethics and how I operate as a person. If we feel like we are both on the same page then we go to work ASAP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been building for the last 20 years, I am a professional in the industry and I my objective is to understand my clients goals.
