- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free on-site quote for all kind replacement or new installation projects, this includes a full HVAC system inspection from one of our experienced technicians, and also a free estimate which will be prepared based on the customers need and the nature of the job. We also have free consultations over the phone, which can give a rough idea of what our customers need to know about their projects. We charge $110 for any kind of troubleshooting jobs which includes 30-45 minuets troubleshooting appointment from one of our experienced technicians and if the customer decide to do the repair with us we will then deduct the call out fee from the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our new customers will receive a call from one of our office members to get their appointments booked based on the time frame provided by the customers. Our customers will receive notification messages prior to their appointments. Replacement and new HVAC installation appointments are all free of charge. Once customer decides to go ahead with us we will then charge them a 10% deposit or up to $1000 whichever is less. Troubleshooting services have $110 call out fee which will then be considered as the deposit for the small projects and will be deducted from the estimated fee for repairing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed from CSLB with license number 1087978 Class C20. And all technicians are required to have an EPA license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field in order to work for Plum HVAC.
