My lesson rates are very high - probably much higher than what you're used to. If price is your main focus, there may be others who might accommodate your situation, and I wish you well on your search. For those of you still reading, I appreciate your commitment to pursuing musical excellence and understanding of the critical nature a proper teacher's guidance will have for success, so I may just focus on getting you there. If you're here, chances are your student has either outgrown the teacher you're currently with, or is at the start line and intends to travel far on this path toward a very high level, without wasting time backtracking on years of misguidance later down the line. The bigger your goals are, the more I can help you exceed them. But the opposite is true as well, which is why I accept new students by audition only - to help me understand where you are and what you would like to accomplish. It's more important to me to point you in the right direction amongst the chaos, even if it means sending you elsewhere. But no matter what your goals might actually be, as your next teacher I have just one: for you to outgrow me.
