- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fare in my pricing, no hidden charges, upfront estimate on the work to be done, material is based on the current price. Most estimates are based on per item not per time that safe customer money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen, then ask questions, then help with the best overall solution to there issues or improvements to what they want, I tell customers it your home or business I just here to help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 50 years electrical training, in class and out in field teaching of over 200 new electricians.
