- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide pricing options to fit every budget. We don’t try and sell customers anything more than what they need, rather provide options and educate our customer on the benefits of each option and let them choose what works best for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect customer information and our minimum $89 service fee. We send a highly trained background checked technician to diagnose the issue. We provide 2-3 budget friendly options for repair, replacement or upgrade as necessary before the work is started. We perform the requested work, clean all work areas as if we weren’t there and provide 2x the warranty of the average plumbing company on most all work performed. Make sure customer is satisfied and then collect payment for work performed. After the call, customer is placed on a service/maintenance schedule reminder if their project requires yearly or ongoing maintenance. (Ie: water heater flush, etc)

We work mostly for homeowners in the Morgan hill, Gilroy and San Jose areas.
