Tony performed the inspection on our Lennar new-build home and did a fantastic job. We needed to reschedule the inspection and he came in early the following day so he could be even more thorough. He caught things we never would have found on our own and gave us great advice on how to handle everything with the builder after receiving the report. Do not hesitate to work with Las Palmas Home Inspection as you will have a good experience.

Tony was able to accommodate our home inspection in a short period of time. I explained to Tony that the previous home inspector I hired gave me a 12 page home inspection report which did not really give me a full picture when I've seen other reports that are 60+ pages. The previous inspector only did a crawl space inspection and did not go on the roof, Tony did check the roof as well. Tony was a lot more thorough with his inspection, showing me where he detected moisture and humidity in the bathrooms on his detectors. The previous inspector did not bring these tools with him. He was able to give me a detailed report with issues he saw and the recommended fixes.
