Jon responded promptly to my text and he showed up and took care of my bad garbage disposal the same day. He also was able to help install some childproof outlet covers for me.

Really need to work on actually replying. JJ replied to initial text asking for pictures of the work that needed to be done. I sent them over and no response. I sent another text asking if they were available and no response. Waisted time waiting for a reply. Pretty inconsiderate.
