- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for dessert table packages is based on your guest count for your event. I also offer A La Carte services if you do not need a full service dessert table.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a phone consultation to talk about the details of your event. Then, we would schedule a dessert tasting. If you would like to move on with my services, you would choose the desserts, the theme of your event. To book the date of your event, you would sign a contract of terms and conditions and pay a 30% - 50% deposit (depending on the date of the event). The remaining payment would be due 10 days before the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I planned my entire wedding back in 2012. It was fun planning it, but very stressful at times. I had to book a last minute cake designer, she didn't make the cake how I requested. This made me feel horrible about not having desserts for my guests. So I started learning how to create elegant desserts. With years of practice, I decided to start my dessert catering services. From my own personal experience, I vowed to make sure every event that I provide desserts for will have nothing but the best.
