Hi. My names Bill and I’m a certified personal trainer who’s passionate about helping others achieve their goals. I’m new to Thumbtack, but I’ve been a trainer for about 10 years. I’ve done just about every fitness and nutrition plan there is, or have at least educated myself on it. I have had the pleasure of training with Bill for the last couple of years. I first came to him because I needed to improve my strength and endurance for ice hockey. Bill listened to my concerns and developed a custom training plan to address my deficits. After just a couple months, I could feel how much stronger and faster I was on the ice. Working with Bill was not only informative, but fun as well. He has been supportive of me during my journey and also has pushed me to be the best version of myself. I highly recommend him as a trainer to achieve your fitness goals.

I’ve worked out for many years and had several trainers. But when I met Bill, I knew he was different. Prior to starting he asked about my goals, past injuries, chronic conditions and concerns. From there he created a program specific to my body, my age and my goals, which include strength training, balance and coordination exercises, stretching and diet recommendations. Hi, my name is Dayna and I have been strength training with Bill for the past 3 yrs. I really like the one on one training he provides. He is very knowledgeable in creating a workout specifically designed for you. The gym space is set up extremely well everything you need for a good workout. I was used to going to a gym however there is no one that will show you how to correctly use the equipment and then there so many people using
the machines you have to wait! With Bill you get a good workout and good training on all the equipment
With no wait at all. I like exercise now and look forward to my workout sessions which has improved my health immensely. I highly recommend Bill for strength training.
