Hector is excellent at what he does and very detailed in helping me remove a virus and gave me tips on what to look for when scammers try to break into my computer. Not only that but he is very nice and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend him for anyone dealing with scams and/or viruses. He also helped me block all the numbers on my cell and home phone which is a relief.

I highly recommend Hector's Computer Repair! Hector showed awesome integrity, professionalism and customer care during our interactions. My computer had serious problems (error NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM). He promised me that if he could not recover my files, he would not charge me anything, and he came through with that promise so much that he wouldn't even take money when I offered it to him. Though Hector aptly proceeded to do all he could do to recover my information (see below), my files were too corrupted. I would still hire him again and gratefully. 1. Disk Check Recovery 2. Startup System Repair 3. System Restore 4. Multiple Partition Recovery (3x's 4 to 8 hrs at a time)

It was our pleasure to meet and receive professional guidance and knowledge regarding the MacBook problems that were more extensive than originally diagnosed. Hector turned a projected 3 hour project in to 2 days where he agreed to take the laptops home and purchase replacement pieces (on his own time and expense). Hector solved our needs and will remain our "go to" professional regarding computers.
