Great experience with Mold Solutions SoCal! I am a Realtor and was on a tight deadline with a house in escrow & needed to get the home treated for mold remediation before the transfer of ownership. His crew was able to book us on a holiday weekend and ensure we met our tight timelines so I could get the deal closed. In the end, they delivered a safe & healthy house to the buyer & provided a one year warranty for their scope of work as well. Would definitely use his team again on any escrows I have in the future involving mold.

They came in and tested for mold. When mold was detected, the company came on a Sunday and treated our home in about 5 -6 hours. We were able to cone back in without a problem! We recommend Mold Solutions SoCal!
