Do not hire this man. I paid him $90 to serve my papers and file the proof of service with the court. He served the papers on June 7th. I was there when the papers were served. He never filed them with the court. On June 23rd I asked him why the proof of service wasn’t filed with the court and he responded that they would be filed “Monday morning”. Still no filing. Tried to contact him July 3rd. No response. Again tried to contact today, 2 attempts, both ignored. I’ve been scammed out of $90 since I don’t even have the signed copy of the proof of service to file myself. Total crook!!!!!

He took my money & then disappeared. Won't text me or call me with an update. I guess he believes he entitled to take money but not do the work or update a client. Bad business practice!

Hello Ms Sanchez I understand the situation your going through your defendant was everything you said he would be and more he avoided service and his employer hid him I travelled back from the base to island several times but as promised i do apologize i didn’t get to answer all of your numerous calls but i did do the job one two I only followed your instructions that you would call me pending a situation And I have the screen shots of our conversations it’s too bad thumbtack does not allow attachments to your review I can see why the previous process server did not want to complete your service. My apologies but as you already knew since Sunday your service was completed

I had nothing but a great experience, and my court documents were served the very next day, after the Sheriffs tried 3 times over a month. The location of the defendant in my case was quite far from where AJ legal is based, so I was surprised how fast they delivered.
