FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and tailored to fit different event needs and budgets. I offer customizable packages and competitive rates, with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for repeat clients, multiple bookings, and off-peak dates. Travel or accommodation fees may apply for events outside a certain radius, but all costs will be discussed upfront. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the final payment due before the event. I’m happy to work with a variety of budgets, so feel free to reach out for a personalized quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is designed to be smooth, collaborative, and stress-free: 1. Initial Consultation – We start with a conversation to discuss your event details, music preferences, and any special requests. 2. Custom Quote & Agreement – Based on your needs, I provide a personalized quote and go over the terms, including pricing, deposit, and payment schedule. 3. Event Planning & Music Selection – I work with you to curate the perfect playlist, accommodate special requests, and ensure the vibe matches your vision. 4. Event Coordination – I communicate with the venue and other vendors (if needed) to ensure seamless setup and execution. 5. Performance & Execution – On the day of the event, I arrive early for setup, perform as planned, and keep the energy going. 6. Post-Event Follow-Up – After the event, I check in to ensure your satisfaction and welcome any feedback for future improvements. My goal is to make the process easy and enjoyable so you can focus on having an amazing event!
