We had an excellent experience with Modified Home Improvements. We hired Torry and his company to be our general contractor and foreman for our attached ADU construction and he did a fantastic job. Like any construction project, it’s important as the owner to be in constant communication with your general contractor. Torry was very responsive, punctual, and a good communicator.
He had a team of sub-contractors to assist him the construction, from plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. but for the work that he was able to do himself, he offered very competitive pricing. Of course, there were some hiccups along the way as with any project, but we appreciated Torry’s honesty and transparency. In the end, Torry played a big role in helping us complete our ADU project and now we have a successful rental! We highly recommend Torry and Trish for all of your constructions needs. You won’t be disappointed.
