Our dad started this business in 1985 and passed it on to us 5 years ago. We grew up learning how to be irrigation Technicians, and we understand that every home and every customer is different. Very happy with S&M. They were very knowledgeable in regards to the multiple issues we had with our irrigation/sprinkler/drip system, and fixed everything we needed. They were able to stop by and assess my situation the day that I called, and they gave a thorough and honest and quote. In addition to that, they were courteous, friendly, and clear communicators, quick to respon to all texts/calls. They were also on time (hard to find in contractors) and very conscious of our work schedule and when they could come by, etc. I communicated primarily with Scott, but all the guys I dealt with during the job seemed friendly and hardworking. 10/10 recommend!

As a family-owned business, Scotty, Isaac and Richard are a class act! I first interacted with Scotty when I needed some expert advice after seeing that our drip lines were leaking. At first, I thought it was going to be a quick job but as we walked through my garden, it was very apparent there were more issues that I didn’t even realize until I saw more leaks.
Fast forward to today when Scotty and his brothers worked tirelessly and accurately to resolve all of our irrigation issues. They identified major issues that the previous experts did not find. We did not have a pressure regulator - even though many other “experts” worked on our garden before. The water pressure was set really high which accounted for the lines breaking and leaking. Scotty made sure they would be fixed among many other things. Richard and Isaac shared that if there is anything that goes wrong from the work they did, they will fix it. I doubt they will need to fix anything as they were able to resolve our irrigation issues.
I’m looking forward to our next project because I will definitely hire S & M Sprinkler and Irrigation. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and overall great people.

S&M responded quickly and was able to come out the same day, even though I contacted them kind of late. I don’t know anything about sprinklers but Scott explained everything to me in a way I could understand and broke down the project piece by piece. Then he came with a crew on the weekend to complete the project. I’d gotten a letter from my HOA complaining about my dead grass. Scott showed me the problem and when he did the final walkthrough when he was all done I could tell it was fixed. I will definitely call S&M up again if I have any future issues with my sprinklers.
