Greetings, I have nearly 2 decades of experience as a family assistant. I have experience managing a household with four children ranging in age from 8 months to 7 years, as well as a dog. I am available to provide a range of services to meet your needs. **Housekeeping Services** - Thorough cleaning of all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, garage, and office. **Cleaning Options** - **Standard Cleaning:** Dusting, scrubbing of sinks, counters, exterior appliances, furniture, vacuuming, and mopping of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. - $180 flat rate for first-time or one-time cleaning 4-6 hours of service. - $150 flat rate for recurring monthly, 4-6 hours of service. - $100 flat rate for reoccurring bi-/weekly, 2-4 hours of service. - **Deep Cleaning Dusting, scrubbing of sinks, and counters, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning blinds and baseboards, removing spider webs, cleaning interior windows and walls, exterior cabinets, cleaning p under furniture, doing 1-2 loads of laundry, and changing bedsheets in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. - $250 flat rate for 5-8 hours of service, first-time or one-time cleaning. - $210 flat rate for reoccurring monthly service after first cleaning, 4-6 hours of service. - $160 flat rate for bi-/weekly service, 2-6 hours of service.
