Schyler did the needed computer work that we couldn’t do. He explained what had happened and offered suggestions for the future. He explained everything so that we (of the boomer generation) could understand.

Schuyler was very communicative and definitely knew what he was doing. Schyler responded immediately and we discussed what could be the potential problems for my computer, which I needed and use for teaching. We set up a time for me to drop off my laptop at his next available opening, and he fixed my computer and had it back to me later that afternoon since there was no major repair required.
