- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system; call for details. I offer a discounted rate to my regular (weekly) committed students.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call first so we can hear each other's voice, and I can get a better idea of your specific needs. I just need about ten minutes (tops) to get a good plan of what kind of attention you'll need on our first visit, as well as share with you what you can generally expect. Our first face-to-face will start with you asking any questions you may have. I will then take you through a series of body movements and postures, breathing exercises as well if needed, to determine your level of comfort and range of motion. As we go along, I am very careful to explain each movement and how you can apply the postures safely to your everyday life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.S Degree in Athletic Training / Sports Medicine and am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I am also CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross.
