Robert and his team did an exceptional job landscaping with artificial grass would highly recommend they go over and above to make sure the customers happy I have now hired them at other properties to do Yard Cleanup and weekly maintenance. I highly recommend!!

Okay so where do I begin? I hired Robert after he guaranteed how happy I would be. He told me over and over to look at his photos and based off what I saw and his guarantee I put my trust in him. I was going to be out of town while he did the work however both my daughter and brother were going to be home and available. I put my trust in him and paid him before the job was done. The day the job was finished I received a phone call from my daughter asking if they were coming back because it looked as if the job was not finished and everything was a mess. I called Robert and spoke to him and showed him the pictures my daughter sent me. He claimed things were done that werent, but said he would come back and "fix" them to make things right. All I wanted was for him to clear out my front yard of the weeds and debris and replace it with river rock. Simple, neat and easy.. When I returned home I was horrified! I paid an extravagant amount of money for the most bare minimum effort and work. They left a corner of the yard undone, the didn't pull the weeds from cracks or spaces between cement, they didn't move/touch/readjust the old brick that was already there that was broken and crooked, some broken bricks that were taken out were just left on top of the rocks, they left the rock undone on one side of our property line, there were gaps from the missing bricks because they didn't replace them or put them back, It looked like the rocks were just thrown in, they weren't even and there were areas with gaps as if not enough rock. I was promised he would power wash and clean after and he did not. When he came to "fix" things he did not bring anything to actually work. He said he had to let his workers use his truck for another job. He claimed at first they did power wash and my daughter explained to him she knew they did not. He then told my daughter a story of how despite him telling me he was with his workers the entire time, that he actually wasn't there the last day and his workers "screwed" him over and lied to him. He then told my daughter a lot of unprofessional excuses of why things weren't done. So infact the things he stated "were done", were not. After he did a quick clean up he stated he would be back personally in a week either Friday or Sunday. However Robert had 2 of his workers show up unexpectedly several days later on that Monday. Thank god I was home. They came and did another quick fix and power washed and left.
While working on my yard he walked over to my neighbors and profited off of a side job, when he should have been focusing on my yard..
I was completely over charged. He took advantage of my trust. Do not take his pictures as his word because he ONLY posts the ones he wants. What about the jobs like mine because he sure isn't posting pictures of my yard.. he charges way to much, is unprofessional, will make excuses, and takes advantage of trusting people... he will take full advantage of you and over charge you.
