Pricing Structure: Regular Cleaning: $45 hour Deep Cleaning: from $80 (depending on the size of the space) Discounts: 10% discount on your first cleaning. 15% discount when contracting weekly services. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit card and bank transfers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process When Working with a New Client Initial Contact: The customer is contacted via phone, email or a form on the website. Basic details are collected: name, type of service required (residential or commercial), and location. Initial Consultation: A consultation is carried out to understand the client's specific needs. Questions about the type of cleaning desired, frequency (once, weekly, monthly), and specific areas to clean. Space Evaluation: If necessary, a visit is scheduled to evaluate the space and determine the time and resources required. Notes are made about any special requirements, such as cleaning carpets, windows, or disinfection. Budget: A personalized quote is prepared based on the client's evaluation and needs. The budget is sent to the client for review and approval. Service Confirmation: Once the budget is approved, the date and time of the service is confirmed. A contract or agreement is established that details the services to be performed and the terms. Service Execution: The cleaning team arrives on time and performs the agreed service with professionalism and attention to detail. Appropriate products and techniques are used to ensure quality work. Review and Feedback: After the service is completed, follow-up is done to ensure the customer is satisfied. Feedback is requested to continually improve. Relationship Maintenance: Recurring services are offered and any promotions or discounts are reported. Open communication is maintained to address future needs or queries.

Health and Safety Regulations: Education on workplace health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and waste management procedures. Customer Service: Training in communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience and respond to customer needs. Continuous Update: Participation in courses and workshops to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the cleaning sector.
