Everyone was very communicative, but the actual movers did not speak very well English and it was difficult to communicate with them. When I set up the appointment, they said they could be at the pick up location by 8 AM but they did not arrive until 9:30 AM, which was somewhat inconvenient. We estimated that it would take no more than 90 minutes but it took three hours so the cost was more than anticipated. Nevertheless, the work they did was very good and everyone was very polite and professional.

They were very punctual. They worked quickly. They were friendly. And the value for the money was excellent. They Carried a 250 lb washing machine up a flight of stairs with two Landings quite the feet.
