We hired Ken for a shower replacement job, we needed to replace our shower kit, and he was excellent. By far the best experience with a contractor, he was prompt, showed up on time and was very communicative prior to and during the instillation. He has the best attitude and fair price, 10/10 experience.

We knew Ken Chung was the contractor for us within 5 minutes of meeting him. He was very knowledgeable, and knows how to make you comfortable with his experience. Ken had 6 guys at my house the next day, 8am repiped the 3,100 sq ft house by 3:30pm. The crew was very nice and each person assured us in their confidence. Service and trust are the two things we need for major work, but KC Remodeling also added Value and exceptional service. The drywall also took just one day, incredible workmanship, you cant tell where the 50 holes were. Ken put in new fixtures in all bathrooms and even moved my outside water spigot and threw in a new one in a new location. We thought their was an issue and Ken came to our house the next day, and showed us it was due to the original leak that brought them there. He did above and beyond, and never tried to raise the price even though his crew had to come back to replace another shower fixture.We cannot say how happy we were with the service, the quality and the process.

We had a great experience working with Ken and the KC crew! My husband decided he wanted to replace our guest bathroom’s shower/tub enclosure about 8 days before we were going to have our floors redone. Our floor guy highly recommended we get the new tub work done prior to the floors. So, we set off in a scramble to try to complete it in time. In the world we live in today (limited supplies, labor booked out for weeks, etc) I was doubtful we’d actually be able to do it. Much to my surprise Ken immediately contacted us after my initial inquiry. Ken came the very next morning and walked through everything with us. The price was very fair and he was going to get it done in time! My husband and I purchased the materials ourselves to save some time and Ken started a few days later. We were thrilled when his crews even finished the work early! Our new bath tub/ bath enclosure looks great! The perfect update for our soon to be fully remodeled bathroom. Very thankful for the craftsmanship as well as timely manner in which Ken and his crew finished our job :)

I contacted Ken to remodel my master bathroom. I am at the age where I have to prepare for "aging-in-place". My bathroom is very small. Ken was confident and responded with "No problem". Because I was uneasy about hiring him, he referred me to previous clients to talk to about their experiences working with this group. They all had positive things to say and said they would hire them again. A date was set and his crew got to it. It took a little longer than expected because I kept adding on or changing my mind. Ken's crew's lead is Jose. Jose is an amazing man, he is a genius! He knows all aspects of construction, including electrical. And he is a really nice guy. I love the results and I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to work with them. When I am ready for my next project I will definitely contact Ken first!

Ken replaced a sliding shower door in our house. He showed up early and showed a lot of patience with our incessantly barking dogs. I purchased the door and he installed it. Looks great.
