- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is available online at our website. You can quote and book a cleaning without even having to talk to us—because we know you’re busy! But, just so you know, we would love to chat with you. We’re great at small talk... and big talk... and talk about cleaning supplies!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you book online—super easy, like ordering pizza (but cleaner). We shoot you a confirmation text, then we text you again when we're on our way. Once we arrive, we work our magic and clean like you've never seen before! Afterward, you give the green light to our work because, let’s face it, your approval is everything. We guarantee 100% satisfaction because we want you to be happier than a cat in a sunbeam. And then, of course, we’ll ask you to leave a glowing review, so the world knows how awesome we are
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only send cleaners with years of experience—and no, we didn’t just pull them off the street. Our team knows how to use the right equipment and cleaning supplies, so your marble counter won’t end up being attacked by toilet cleaner. We make sure our cleaners are experts at tackling even the toughest messes, without turning your home into a chemistry experiment
