- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based off repair or service type. Hourly rate does not accumulate. All repairs and services include parts, material, equipment and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessment will be performed prior to any pricing given for service or repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in drain, sewer, water line, gas and water heater systems. Monthly training to keep certifications current.
