We have a small 1400 sq ft home Only asked for 1 master bedroom, 2 small bathrooms, hall, living room/kitchen to be cleaned. Paid for deep clean. It was BASIC cleaning at best. I believe the only thing that got cleaned in the kitchen was the oven. I had to go back and clean the all the countertops, stovetop, and sink. Nothing was dusted. We were outside, trying to stay out of her way, didn't even know that she left. Very dissatisfied, this was my first...and probably last time, hiring help to clean. Did research ahead of time, but definitely NOT the 5 stars I read about. Maybe a different cleaner may have been better, ours was not. Sad that I wasted the $$$
