Great experience with this company. I’ve hired many photo booths prior and they have the best quality photos and amazingly great service by the attendant. Will definitely hire again.

We hired PixalShot for a backyard birthday party and had a fantastic experience. Right from the start, Bao was very quick to respond to any question and was flexible for changes I wanted to make. In the days leading up to the event, Bao stayed in contact, finalizing all of the details and keeping me informed. The day of, our tech, Jovan, showed up promptly and got set up independently. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our guests as they used the booth. We would absolutely hire PixalShot again for future events!

Bao was wonderful to work with. He was responsive and communicative during our selection process and was patient while I revised the formatting several times with him. While we did have a hiccup during the event with the physical backdrop not being able to be set up and the printer not working for some time, I would have docked a star, but Bao was really nice in working with us to make it right. Thank you for that! Overall we think the services are great and the Photo Booth was a great value add for the event!

the booth was a hit and Kevin, who ran the booth, was fantastic! Really appreciate the professional, flexible service and it was a delight to all of our guests. Bao facilitated the photo design and both layout and was proactive (more than I was) in helping us deliver a great experience at our event. We'll be working with them again!

The photo booth operators actually arrived early to set up their equipment! The 2 young men were very nice & very willing to help all the old folks at the party have loads of fun with the photo booth. I think I can correctly say that everyone at the party really enjoyed using the extra props the operators brought with them & feeling like a kid again. I will definitely use PixalShot again if I ever have a need for another photo booth. Thank you very much for adding so much fun to our surprise birthday party!
