FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to our clients through various different ways. Typically, all finished products are purchased directly by clients and our General Contracting discounts are applied or we can purchase them and apply the discount directly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: Schedule an initial consultation with the customer to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. During this consultation, you can discuss the scope of the project, the timeline, and any specific requirements the customer may have. 2. Design Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, create a detailed design proposal that outlines the scope of work, materials to be used, and the estimated cost of the project. This proposal should also include a 3D rendering or visual representation of the final design. 3. Contract and Deposit: Once the design proposal is accepted by the customer, provide them with a detailed contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the project. Collect a deposit or down payment to secure the project and begin the design and planning process. 4. Planning and Permits: Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, and finalize the design and planning process. Ensure that all safety and building codes are met, and make any necessary revisions to the design based on feedback from the customer. 5. Material Selection: Work with the customer to select materials, fixtures, and finishes for the project. Offer recommendations based on their preferences and budget. 6. Demolition and Construction: Begin the demolition and construction process, ensuring that the work is done in a timely and efficient manner. Regularly update the customer on the progress of the project and address any concerns they may have. 7. Final Walk-Through: Upon completion of the project, schedule a final walk-through with the customer to ensure that all work has been completed to their satisfaction. Address any final touch-ups or revisions, and collect the final payment for the project. 8. Follow-Up: After the project is complete, follow up with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the work done and to address any long-term maintenance or warranty concerns.
