FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it’s comes to money I am honest, fair & transparent. I understand times are a lot harder financially post pandemic with rising costs, inflation and what not. I also don’t feel kids and adults as well should miss out on the opportunity to really learn how to play a fun and popular sport all because prices were too high. My prices will vary depending the clients skill level. For more beginner level, prices will be lower for simple reason of training being less intensive. For beginners we’ll be going over the basics and going over the details of the game which I don’t feel people should be charged too much for learning the basics. As clients improve and would like to continue training you can expect the prices to then increase but still will be fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would like to see where you skill level is at. Second, I’m going give you what I think may be your 3 weaknesses and we’ll set out to train the most in those areas. I specialize in and prioritize shooting so that’ll always be what we spend the majority of our time doing. You have to be able to score to win!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a student of basketball all my life! I’ve also coached two teams, both high-school level. While I was in high-school myself at Milpitas High, every summer I helped out with our summer Basketball camp for the youth.
