- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate to dispatch our electricians to your house for service requests. If the scope of work changes while working on the project, you'll hear directly from us to approve any additional fees or work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we enjoy immediately getting on the phone to learn about you and your project or service request. Once we understand the scope of work, we will dispatch one of our electricians as soon as possible to get right to work. Expect the utmost level of communication and professionalism.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed electrical team equipped to handle any size electrical project, from new construction of large single and multi family homes, to small service requests for troubleshooting or repair. We have been helping customers just like you since 2006.
