FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge $40 for an estimates requiring me to travel to customer or project site. On the other hand if customer decides to hire to do the repair or service, this fee is waived and customer price we agree upon before the start of the project/repair. Depending on location of job I may at my discretion waive the estimate fee if it is lucrative for me to do so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to be sure what I can offer is what the customer wants. I want the customer to know that once I am paid that I will still be there backing up my work with warranty and quality. Also when doing work for a new client I want to build a long term relationship for the future. I don't plan on making a buck and sacrificing quality for quantity just to never see that customer again.
