Hired on Thumbtack

Night Owl Productions communicated directly with me. Their direct communications with me were professional. They showed a lot of effort on my video production requests, and provided their research, they did their research, and they even were willing to add an additional personnel for my production. They offered to perform footage in up to three (3) different locations. For at least one of those locations, they took photography and-or footage, and they sent me back photo results, perhaps four or five different photos. Regarding some portion of specifics of what I desired for this project, they had different ideas of the degree of modernity for potential location(s) for the video. Eventually, it seemed that they had a slightly different philosophy from myself, as to the nature of modernity of certain parts of my particular project. But they followed up many times in a professional manner to me directly. And, they did quite a bit of helpful research, on specifics for my particular project. I am giving them a "4" out of "5". Although the project did not culminate in a video production, I award Nightowl Video Productions "4 Stars". If Thumbtack will allow me to include this text, then I approve the text. I have worked with lots of videographers in Northern Europe, East Africa and North America but these particular ones Anthony and Ashley are so far my favorite. We had a pre-production meetings to plan and figure out what we wanted and how we wanted things to be done. They did an excellent job following our planned event guidelines to the smallest detail. They had lots of creative ideas specifically applicable to our wedding, some of which we adopted. They used some of the best filming gear on the market including gimbals, spare battery packs, tripods, great lighting, audio equipment, I mean these guys came super prepared. They used some of the latest camera technology out there including some of the latest drones for the best aerial shots among others for our Santa Monica California beach wedding. Anthony had me (the groom) try out running one of their many cameras which so is why, in our wedding video, you get to see me filming my wife and her father doing the father daughter dance which was so awesome and that right there turned out to be one of my deepest highlights of our day. Anthony and Ashley were super humble and easy to work with. At the end of the event, they were never in a rush to leave, they instead came to us and asked if we needed anything else done for us and that right there, I call that absolute professionalism. Thanks to this team because they delivered the best of the best quality in a timely manner and captured the best moments of biggest day of our lives.
