When designing and planning our projects we customize the scope of work to the specific needs and budget of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first introduced to a prospective client, we always begin with a free initial consultation to start to get to know them, their family and the goals for their project. From there, we work together to design a project that will be the best fit in terms of project scope and budget and then we will compile all of those details into a very thorough quote for our clients' review. Should the project be a good fit, we will put together a detailed contract and once it is signed we will get to work! Starting with a thorough design and planning phase, we will lead our clients through each step prior to getting the construction started. Once we are ready for construction we will meet with our clients to make sure everyone is on the same page headed into the project, and from there it is time to rock and roll!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before migrating to California, CEO of the company worked as a general contractor in Israel for 10 years. Upon moving to California, Idan worked for several home remodeling companies, as a project manager and foreman all over the Bay Area.
