- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheapest pro out there, but I am confident that my work and professional handling of each and every job and client is worth every but and more to them. I do everything in my power to show my value and my works quality through my genuine care for people and being a reliable resource to each and everyone of them as long as I am needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions and building rapport while inquiring on how they are doing and what they want to specifically get done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
An associates degree in computer science, MCSE and A+ Certifications, nearly twenty years of daily virtual continuing education through e-learnings on all things networking, computers, home theater, appliances, and home automation products and techniques. I also have over twenty years experience in the field in both commercial and residential settings.
