FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pre Scheduled Service Work: $85 Per Hour Same Day/ Emergency Service: $150 Per Hour Free Estimates and Line Item/ Flat Fee Pricing for Smaller Jobs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer not to give rough estimates over the phone, via email or through text. That "ballpark" figure can sometimes vary dramatically from job to job and 9 times out of 10 that figure is what you the customer expects to pay. - As you should. However more often than not, we have clients that leave out important details like ceiling height, whether or not there is existing electrical, vaulted ceilings vs accessible attic space and our favorite "Well we did have a 'guy' that said he knew what he was doing" These unforeseen and unspoken circumstances are what we try to avoid by actually walking your project, putting our eyes and expertise to work and giving you a solid price with no surprises. We've all experienced the guy that gives one price over the phone and then hands you a bill thats twice as much. We stick to our agreed price and if there are any unforeseen items we make sure to walk our clients through what we have encountered and figure out the most cost effective solution.
