Allen was awesome. He provided a 30 minute heads up "I'm on my way" call, was on time, got to work quickly, and cleaned the carpets well. No complaints and the next time I need my carpets done I will rehire Fresh N Clean.

My first time using Fresh N Clean and I was very happy with their service from setting up date and time to having clean carpets! I had to change my appointment time a few times due to health reasons and they were very kind and accommodating, even came on a Sunday! Allen did a great job and I will definitely use them again!
