Joaquin of Space Framing was one of the best contractors I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable about roofing, very reliable and does what he promises at reasonable prices. Joaquin was very professional and polite. He was able to diagnos the problem and isolate the cause of the roof leak. He was able to explain about the trouble spots on the roof and his solution to repair them. I believe he did a good job at a fair price.

I hired Joaquin and he did an amazing job ! My skylight was leaking and he fixed it ! He was very professional and responsive anytime I called him. He came to my house first to check out the job. It was difficult to figure out what the problem was but he figured it out and repaired it! I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone that needs a contractor for concrete, tile, roofing and he does drywall too! Thanks, Joaquin for the great work !

I've had the privilege of speaking with Mr. Lopez via text, telephone and again this a.m., 1/22/17 at my home for an estimate on a roof overhaul and flashing fix. He is extremely prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, genial, fair, honest and passionate about his work as well as exhibiting compassion for his fellow human being/s. After having met with him I immediately hired him. I am confident the job will be done right the first time and I look forward to providing my final review upon the completion of his work. Updated 2/4/17: Joaquin finished the final front, top drainage on my roof just a few minutes ago. He took his time prior to starting the project and allowed for me to be atop the roof with him in order to see what needed to be done and how he would go about doing it. He installed new flashing and proper water run-off all the way around the roof, used top quality bonding product, cleaned and resealed roof vents, put two layers of reflective sealant on my metal roof and around vents and A/C brain and he even painted some weathered (top) siding on my two pop-outs. Mr. Lopez took a small sample of my home exterior panels, went to home depot and color matched the paint so as to paint several faded areas along the top of the home just beneath the roof and surrounding flashing (which he didn't even have to do). He goes above and beyond what is discussed and provides First Class service at an affordable price. His work is top Quality and I will be enlisting his expert, well-rounded professional services for a couple more projects to make my home complete.....thank you Joaquin Lopez!
