- I understand that time is important to customers, so I always make sure to respond to their inquiries within 24 hours. - I want to make sure that I understand what the customer is looking for, so I always ask clarifying questions. This helps me to create a proposal that is tailored to the customer's specific needs. - My proposals include a comprehensive overview of the services I will provide, as well as a detailed estimate of the cost. I also include a timeline for the project. - Once the customer has reviewed my proposal, we will negotiate the terms of the agreement. This includes the price, the timeline, and any other details that are important to the customer. - I always strive to exceed the customer's expectations. I am available to answer questions and address any concerns that the customer may have.
